KOLLEL "KARMEI HAMISHPAT" EINAV

We invite you to become partners in the spiritual building of the jewish people. Coutributins to Torah study. Torah justice, a count of law dealing with monetary matters an institute for the study of Israel, according to the Torah.

The kolel was founded in September 2010 in Einav located in North Samaria.

The purpose of the kolel was spread awareness and knowledge of the Tora law to as wide audience as possible. Therefore a non-profit organization was established.

The first activity of the organization was to open the kollel. Rabanim are coming to study the Tora law full time for about 8 years. The rabanim lead the Tora life in Einav in various aspects for example being the kindergarten Rabbi, Talmud Tora for children and giving various Tora lectures to the adult public. Most of the rabanim moved to live in Einav and so they are living the mizva of settling the Land of Israel in the Shomron.

Rav Oriel Eliahu, a young and energetic rabbi, came to serve as head of the kolel in July 2011. He promoted establishment of a Beit Din in Einav.

The Beit Din started to be active in November 2011, the hearings are being held professionally according to Israeli law of arbitration. That means that the Beit Din decision is legal in every sense in the country.

The Beit Din is used by residents of Einav, and Samaria and people come to it from other parts of Israel as well. The Beit Din answers hundreds of questions from anywhere, specializing in finances and personal status.

As the conclusion of the study of "Choshen Mishpat" (2016) it was decided to expand the activity of the Beit Din. A major event was organised with important rabanim and it way decided to issue a special form, by which the public can contact the Beit Din with question and requests for legal assisstanue.

During the month of Av (5778, 2018) the students of the kollel were tested in Shulchan aruch "Even Haezer. For most of the students this was the final exams towards receiving the qualification "Dayan" and thereby councleded their studies in the program. Which now enables them to solve the challenges the halacha faces today.

It should be noted that all the student have been successful in all the exams up until now, a 100 percent success rare. WIth the help of the Almighty, this success will continue in the next exams and students.

On the monts of Tishrei the kollel organized a closing ceremony for the gradures with the participation of the Chief Rabbi, the head of the "Great Beit Din", rabbi David Lau, the rabbi of the Shomron, rabbi Elyakim Levanon and other rabbis and dignatories.

Machon “Razei Hamishpat”

Rav Raziel wrote a page of goals and objectives for the institute that was to be established.

After the murder it was decided to realize the vision of Rav Raziel. The institute was established and is called Machon “Razei Hamishpat” (the mysteries of law), named after Rav Raziel Shevach (may Hashem avenge his blood). The purpose of the institute is to disseminate the Torah that is taught in the kollel, and issues in Jewish law in the Jewish nation in general and in the Shomron in particular.

In the institute there are 2 main departments:

1. A research department which holds a hotline to answer halacha guestions including financials which answers questions from all of the scopes and especially the laws of money. Also the department will publicize the judgements of the bet din (Jewish court) which is affiliated with the kollel in Einav, position papers and pertinent articles.
With Hashem’s help, in the near future this department will publish a book of questions & answers and pertinent articles in the matters of financial law and Jewish monetary laws between one man and another. The book will be called “Responsa Razei Hamishpat”.

2. A schools department where kollel students will teach gemara (talmud) in cooperation with Talmud Torahs and schools.
The learning method is such that the children learn a subject from the gemara and on the basis of this learning they receive questions and real cases, told as a story adapted for children, that came before the bet din.

Afterwards, the children discuss the halachic analysis and ruling for each case.

The form of the discussion is also unique and very fascinating – the children, under the guidance of the institute’s rabbis, will set up a bet din in the classroom, where the children are the dayanim, the witnesses, and the litigants. Each one of the “litigants” claims his claims, and the dayanim (children) have to decide the case, where the ruling is mainly based on the subject being learned. Of course all the children in the class under the guidance of the institute’s rabbis are helping and advising the dayanim in order to issue a just verdict according to the way of the Torah.
