האחים סולומון מגיעים לגולה הירושלמית

האחים סולומון הם שלושה מתוך שמונה אחים מוסיקאליים מוכשרים לבית משפחת סולומון, הידועה מהיישוב מבוא מודיעים, המושב שהקים הרב שלמה קרליבך.
האבא, בן ציון סולומון, בעל תואר שני למוסיקה מאוניברסיטת ברקלי בארצות הברית, ניגן עד שעלה לארץ וליוה את הרב שלמה קרליבך בכל הופעה. בן ציון תמיד חלם לנגן ולהופיע עם ילדיו והקים את להקת "בן ציון סולומון ובניו", בה שרו וניגנו כל האחים יחד: הלהקה המשפחתית הופיעה בכל העולם.
בהשראת הלהקה המשפחתית, האחים החלו להקים להקות - "סולפארם", "להקת המושב" "והמקור" - ולייצר מוסיקה מקורית משלהם שתוך זמן קצר הפכו לשם גדול במוסיקה היהודית ברחבי הארץ והעולם, ובייחוד המוסיקה של שלמה קרליבך, האשראה מאחורי המופע הערב.
מאז היו להרכב, "האחים סלומון" מופיעים ברחבי הארץ בפסטיבלי’ ובאירועים שונים וכבר הספיקו לערוך סיבובי הופעות מוצלחות מאוד באירופה וארצות הברית.

The Solomon Brothers are three of eight highly talented Solomon Brother musicians, from the settlement of Mevo Modiim, a moshav established by Shlomo Carlebach,Their father, Ben Zion, with a Masters Degree in Music from the University of California at Berkeley, played music and accompanied Shlomo Carlebach at all his performances until he made Aliya. Ben Zion always dreamed of playing and appearing with his children, and founded the group "Ben Zion Solomon and His Sons", in which all of the brothers sang and played together.
The group has appeared around the world.Inspired by the all-family group, the brothers formed additional groups among themselves – Soulfarm, The Moshav Ensemble, The Source - which produced original music of their own. All the groups have established themselves as major performers of Jewish music, both in Israel and around the world, most specifically the music of Shlomo Carlebach, the inspiration behind this evening’s performance.
Since the trio was formed, The Solomon Brothers have appeared throughout Israel in festivals and other events, as well as having made very successful tours in Europe and the United States
