A Musical Journey Through Israeli and Jewish Identity
This concert offers a profound opportunity to experience the Israeli and Jewish cultural landscape through its most beautiful expressions.
Our carefully curated program weaves
together masterpieces of classical music with beloved Jewish songs that reflect the diverse religious and cultural spectrum of Israeli society. This musical dialogue creates a unique window into both the classical traditions that have shaped Western music and the distinctly Israeli character that continues to evolve today.
Among the composers are Mendelssohn, Zorman, Wolpe, and Ben-Haim, alongside arrangements of well-known Jewish songs inspired by Israel's landscape, including works by Naomi Shemer and traditional Jewish hymns.
The Eden Ensemble
A young piano trio dedicated to bringing classical music closer to diverse audiences through the
exploration of varied thematic worlds and meaningful connections to the classical music tradition.
The Eden Ensemble has performed successfully at the Israel Museum and at invited events and has a Tel Aviv–based concert series.
